Medical appointments with a GP are bulk billed provided that you hold a valid Medicare card which means there is no out-of-pocket cost. Pathology and hearing tests are available on site and are also bulk billed. Our other specialists include a dietician and a psychologist.

Test Results
Routine test results will usually be available 3-5 days after the test has been done. It is the patient's responsibility to come in to follow-up their results. If you wish to discuss your results, please book an appointment to see a GP. For confidentiality reasons receptionists cannot give any results to patients over the phone.

Arrive on time and let reception know that you are here.
Please be realistic with your expectations and be aware that there may be a wait to see the GP. Patients present with a variety of problems and on occasions a doctor can fall behind. When booking an appointment, please try to leave adequate time before your next commitment for the day.
Please ring well in advance if you are unable to make your appointment. This will allow us to allocate the spot to another patient on the waiting list rather than attempt to fit patients in when there are no appointments available. This will help help the doctors to run to schedule.
Please take traffic conditions into account and leave adequate time to find a parking spot. Details of parking conditions in the area can be found here. If taking public transport, give yourself adequate time to get to the practice and factor in delays with the public transport system.
If you are unsure of your appointment time please call us to confirm the time.
Please book ahead; do not leave it until the last minute.
If you ask for an estimated wait time it will only be rough as waiting times can vary minute by minute.

Cancellations
Please advise us of you inability to attend an appointment at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled appointment by phone on (03) 9584 8433.
This enables us to give others on the waiting list the opportunity to take up the cancellation.
It is understandable that situations may arise which may make attendance difficult and at all times we are able to accommodate these changes if patients ring us with sufficient notice.
